How do I book a test?
Simply visit our Booking Page, select the tests you need, choose a convenient date & time slot, fill in your details, and pay online. Our agent will arrive at the scheduled time. The entire process takes under 5 minutes.
What is the minimum booking time?
You can book as early as 2 hours in advance for same-day collection. For next-day bookings, you can book up to midnight. Our operating hours are 6 AM to 9 PM daily.
Can I book for multiple family members?
Yes! In the booking flow, you can add multiple patients under a single booking. This is especially useful for family health packages. Each patient gets their own separate report.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel up to 1 hour before your scheduled slot from your Dashboard. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the slot may incur a ₹50 cancellation fee.
Home Collection
Who will come to collect my sample?
A certified phlebotomist (blood collection specialist) from our verified agent network will visit your home. All agents are background-verified, trained, and carry official OHC Labs ID cards and sterile equipment.
Is home collection safe and hygienic?
Absolutely. Our agents use only single-use, sterile needles and collection tubes. They follow strict WHO-recommended protocols for sample collection. Equipment is never reused.
How long does the collection take?
Most blood tests take 5–10 minutes for sample collection. If you've booked a full body package with multiple tubes, it may take 15–20 minutes. The agent will inform you about preparation needed.
Do I need to be fasting before the test?
It depends on the test. Tests like Fasting Blood Sugar, Lipid Profile, and most full body packages require 8–12 hours of fasting. After booking, you'll receive SMS and email reminders about preparation requirements.
Reports & Results
How long does it take to get my report?
Most tests have reports ready within 24 hours of sample collection. Some complex tests (genetics, microbiology cultures) may take 48–72 hours. The estimated time is shown before you book.
How do I receive my reports?
Reports are sent via: (1) WhatsApp message to your registered number, (2) Email as a PDF, and (3) Available in your Dashboard for download anytime. You can also share reports directly with your doctor.
Are the reports NABL certified?
Yes. All reports are processed at NABL-accredited partner labs (Metropolis, SRL, Dr. Lal PathLabs) and carry the official NABL certification stamp, making them valid for insurance claims and hospital submissions.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept: UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and Cash on Collection. All online payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for cancelled bookings are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. If we fail to collect your sample (agent no-show, area not covered), you get a 100% instant refund.
Can I pay cash to the agent?
Yes, you can choose "Cash on Collection" during booking. The agent will collect exact cash during the home visit. Please have exact change ready as agents may not carry large amounts.
Safety & Privacy
Is my health data secure?
Yes. We are HIPAA compliant and use end-to-end encryption for all health data. Your reports and personal information are never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
How do I verify the agent's identity?
You'll receive the agent's name, photo, and rating via SMS & WhatsApp before their arrival. All agents carry OHC Labs ID cards with QR codes you can scan to verify. If unsure, call our helpline 1800-XXX-XXXX.
Account & Profile
Do I need an account to book?
No, you can book as a guest with just your name, phone, and address. However, creating a free account lets you access your booking history, download past reports, and track all bookings in one place.
How do I access my past reports?
Log in to your account and visit the My Reports section. All your reports are stored securely and available for download at any time — there is no expiry.
